In good shape.He's in sage mode.The two toad sages Fukasaku and Ma is on his side (he probably wants them to go into his complete sage mode.)
Chakra level is full.
Stamina level is full.
He can use any jutsu up on his sleeves.As for the summonings,the toad summoned will obey to anything.

With what I am seeing from naruto's character now the edge goes to jiraiya. Power does not equal win, not knowing how to use it + lack of jutsu and been predictable is noy going to cut it against a sage like jiraiya.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't 3 or 4 tails fox cloak naruto almost killed jiraiya naruto using alot more power than that... And when it comes to sage mode.. Narutos was more perfect that jmans... His rasengans are more advanced in every way... Only way I see naruto losing is if he tries talking jman out of it like he did to sauske then the big jman would rasengan his ass reallllllll quick ... N that's only 50/50 thanks to narutos stamina and endurance!!
