Actually I didn't read the OP properly, Jman wins low-mid difficulty.

The Sasuke who fought Killer Bee only gained the use of amaterasu towards the end of the fight so Jiraiya stomps before Sasuke gets to use it. Even still, one batch of amaterasu is all that Sasuke has at this point so all Jiraiya has to do is use a shadow clone and make Sasuke waste chakra.

Also Sasuke can't deal with Jiraiya's boss toad army.

SM Jiraiya is faster than Sasuke and has stronger ninjutsu and taijutsu so Sasuke is outclassed.
