So you are telling me if Minato made 3-4 Kage Bunshin and each used an Rasengan on Jiraiya, his hair would defend it?

- The top scan is only a reference to the people Jiraiya has trained. :p

- Jiraiya wasn't in the leaf. :p

- And how you came up with this conclusion?
see him saying "no one like him has been born in a while" for example, but he did not include "from my students"Zzz

- Actually he was their, but the 3rd did not know. But what I was referring to is that Minato is above oro's level. Zzz

You took all of that out of context. Jman was praising his former student who was supose to be the savior of the world. Hiruzens quote was true since none of the Sanin (Jman) was in the village anymore.

- O.K? And how is that taking it out of the context? Because meant that.
- Jman was in the village training Naruto Zzz + again that's not what I meant.

NINJUTSU; Hari Jizou (Spiky Patron Saint*)
User: Jiraiya
Offensive; Defensive; Close range; Rank: B

Main text

A jutsu introduced by Jiraiya against Orochimaru. This is a tecniques where he clads himself in a countless number of sharp needles, but in truth, those spikes are Jiraiya's hair! Attaining his body itself inside of the chakra-hardened pincushion is nearly unfeasible. In addition, if activated in response to an opponent's attack, it can also be used as a counter!!

Caption

-A highly uncommon mantle of spikes that keeps everyone at bay!!

Picture comment

-Chakra grants the trickles of hair the hardness and shape of needles. Endowed with a capacity to injure and kill on par with that of metallic weapons, they pierced Orochimaru's foot all the way through!!

First off, Minato using clones isnt "Blitz", what happened to your blitz argument? You cant say he "Blitz" then switch it up to something else. smh

Then you act as though Jman will just stand still and allow minato to do what ever. lmao Jman makes clones as well and makes rasengans as well. use a better argument please!!!

- They were comparing Naruto to the 4th.. not to mention he was talking about the 4th like he was some kid to him.. He was only praising his student..

- Stand up to him does not = Better than him

You think J-Man can react to Minato's shunshin which I disagree with, but arguing will do nothing so of course I will switch up an argument.

I thought everybody knew that the fourth hokage is above the sannins. The manga has left references throughout its course.

Feat-wise too Minato beats him.

Jiraiya: Aw come on, everybody pales in comparison to the fourth lord. As a shinobi his capacity was unparalleled, a true one-of-a kind. He was overflowing with talent for jutsu and intelligence....He was socially popular...And well, he was quite a looker, just like me.

- The conversation was about protecting konoha, Hiruzen admitted that he (in that age) can't do it. Then, they mentioned
Minato because if he was alive at that time he would have saved konoha. Simple.

Who stated he was above oru again? It sure wasnt hiruzen!

already explained above.

He said shunshin, it means body flicker

If he is talking about the standard BF, then it isnt a one hitter quitter. BF isnt the end all attack that beats everyone, when almost all elite fast ninjas have it.

Anko implied that if Minato was alive he would have defeated Oro and Hiruzen kinda agreeed with the statement by telling Anko not to say that because he already died a hero by saying the leaf 13yo, a way to say that they shouldn't always have to be dependant on his powers but count on their own power from now on, something he stated a page after that

Anyway hype has no relevancy in battledome like i always say, so feats should prevail

I think minato wins this mild to somewhat high difficulty. Jiraiya will definitely give minato a good fight but minato takes it in the end.

- put up the whole scan of that image.. and you will see that he was comparing Minato to Naruto in that one also... and notice that he was talking about Minato as his teacher.. Minato was his best student to him. Until Naruto came and proved himself. Naruto was said to have surpassed all his predecessors (Jiraiya and Minato), so SM Naruto > Minato correct? Or were they referring to the fact others didn't accomplish Sage mode and his mastery?

- The conversation about who could stand a chance against him. Why are you question what he said, when he directly stated that he was only talking about who stood a chance against him...

I think Jman is misunderstood to MAX. He character was portrayed as being a lame and in respect fodder to current characters. However, the moment Jman takes his opponent serious he's a completely different man. Once people can get past his portal in series I think his character wll be taken more serious in the forums

Yes, I am well aware of Minato's speed, as is Jman and his first step would be slow Minato as much as possible. Therefore, considering this location, they're on a bridge (if i remember correctly) which is kind of a tight space. Typically this would be in Minato's favor, but Jman has the ability to control the battleground and predict his movements. He'll need to accurately perform Swamp of the Underworld and a barrier

Now will he have time to perform this? Yes, Minato resorts to spreading kunia and keeping one in hand. Jmna being his teacher would be aware of this and would use swamp stop this from the start. Jman has shown this intent before

So, with having most (if not all) of his kunia submerged and having a barrier to notify Jman of his position, we have to analysis Jman's reaction time. Unfortunately, I don't feel like looking at the moment and everything that comes to mind are SM feats. So, I'll go another route. Going off the same situation, if Jman himself can't physically react to Minato, he can use his defenses in response

or

With using this as a shield himself or offensively charging at Minato. With this he can easily avoid Minato's offensive attacks for a period of time. Of course in responding to this, Minato will jump back and look for an opening...I'll post more later maybe but that's how I see things starting off.

@ bold she implied he COULD defeat Orochimaru, not ensuring a victory at all.

J-man in base would die quickly, he is simply far too slow for Minato (even without KCM).

SM J-man could maybe hold him off a bit longer, but his imperfect sage mode doesn't have sensory abilities (like naruto's perfect sage mode). The strength added via his hermit mode isn't enough to make any attacks connect. Adding KCM to Minato makes it a near stomp.
