Those techniques aren't fast enough to stop Minato from speedblitzing Jiraiya. The Sannin himself could not react to the punch of asura path and Orochimaru's bite.

Minato was fast enough to stop Kakashi from stabbing Obito at almost impossible speed to read. Jiraiya has never reacted to that level of speed before. Note that Minato was using Shunshin no jutsu and not FTG.

Minato will win.

In this particular match up I am not joking. FTG isnt the end all jutsu ya know. Do you even know what Jman is capable of with out using Wiki?

Minato has a tremendous speed and reactivity advantage, so it's doubtful Jiraya could react to him in time to perform his jutsu especially at a 30m distance, but being Minato's master he certainly know this already, so will be prepared. The question now is how? Maybe he would use boss summons from the start but since both Minato and him and toad summoners it won't be a great of help since Minato would just reverse summon it back(unless it's restricted?). Or use his hair for offense and defense, but wouldn't be a great idea either since Minato could take the opportunity to place a marking on it anytime. The tricky move would be possibly yomi numa, but Minato can easily get out of the area with FTG. The rest of Jman's move are either dodged or redirected. The moment a marking get's near him(or rather placed on him) and it would be over

Jman has a multitude of Ninjutsu such as Swamp of the Underworld, Katon, hair Ninjutsu, a multitude of seals and barriers, summons. In SM he has more barriers, Geomon, frog song, hair Ninjutsu, enhanced speed and strength, and more.

This guy right here gets it! But the hair blocking is his trump since he will shed any part of the hair that is marked (he will know this) and as a result Minato's hand will be seriously injured if he does decide to mark his hair. Jman has many outs and ways to this match-up to take.

Why do you think "Blitz" kills any and all things in the naruto verse? You hold know logic nor proof. Its no better then saying Ama' GG, Totsuka blitz gg etc etc.
