fight is heavily in kisames favour. water dome + great shark bullet or thousand sharks. depends on if jiraiya sits still long enough to pump kisame full of senjutsu. but i never saw kisame try. he absorbs chakra through quick slashes from his sword as shown vs bee. plus jiraiya will have to be trying to hold his breath as well

kisame takes this quite comfortably. Jiraiya would most likely be finished before he can enter Sage Mode based on kisame's fighting style. Kisame would most likely start with a Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha and once he has control of the terrain, he has to ability to attack from both above the surface and below [shark summons/bunshin]. I don't see Gama summon being that big of a threat as Kisame can summon as much as 1000 sharks in one Go. Kisame's durability and Shark skin katana Samehada will no doubt be overwhelming for Jiraiya who will be heavily utilizing Ninjutsu. Kisame takes this Mid diff. ​

Kisame's waterdome moves with him. Basically, it's going to serve as a barrier for any of Jiriaya's jutsu.

Not to mention Kisame will be able to move the barrier extremely quickly (as fast he can swim, since it moves with him.)
