Toad family stalls the masks, if not crushes them, i don't say all but 1 or 2. After Jiraiya entering SM Kakuzu is done for. So i say J-man mid-high diff; the high diff part is only because he has to use most of his arsenal.

Jiraiya's sagemode needs a lot of time.I doubt kakuzu will sit quiet until j-mans in SM :yeah:

Jiraiya mid diff. Toads stall for time. Jiraiya enters Sage Mode and it's a stomp from then on.

Jariya wins mid to high diff it depends on if Kakuzu can do any damage while trying to fight off the toads?
Also if jariya can enter sage mode with out any problems it could get easier.
Can genjutsu work in Kakuzu? If so jariya could win easy. He could summon the frog he used to help naruto train in genjutsu along with gamambunta and go into sm and use frog song. It's just bad news for Kakuzu too much for him to deal with.

3 boss toads vs 3 elemental masks won't give enough time? The anime made it seem longer, in the manga he didn't took that much time. After he enters SM Kakuzu gets stomped.
