I'm not agree when you said Kakashi's relatively poor chakra.

The type that we see now really has nothing to do with Kakashi who fought pein, or trembling when he used his Kamui once ...

We can say that Kakashi has changed dramatically since that time ... for me, Kishi was standing there. Kakashi was supposed to have a single weakness and full of qualities. His only weakness was his low chakra.
Well here we are witnessing a Kakashi fighting since 2 days on high level, and then deliberately chooses to meet 6 unbridled bijuus, and was ready to use kamui despite these 2 days of fighting.

Plus it seems that you are a big kakashi fan judging by your sig, avy, arguments, etc... Which there's nothing wrong with, I'm just thinking that Jiraiya would also have a good counter for some of those bijuus as well, even though this is beginning to digress a bit off the main topic, and I still stand by what I say

In part 1 yes probably because of sharingan, but in part 2 not at all.

Kakashi's chakra levels, while greatly improved, doesn't really have anything to do with this fight. Kakashi is close to Jiraiya's "level", however, Jiraiya is a really bad match up for him given his summons, and then sage mode. Kakashi fights CQC...and going against someone in Sage mode in CQC is asking to get your ass whipped, I don't care who it is. Not even Gai(in base at least) would be able to fight someone using sage mode. Kakashi would have to make this a long ranged fight, and he just doesn't have the jutsu to do that with, sans-kamui, and we all know that's the last thing he resorts to.
