Everyone is stupid.. It's a draw, Itachi can't win, if you forgot, Jiraya is a SANIN.. A SANIN, becoming a sanin is hard! but that doesn't mean he can kill Itachi, because itachi is one of the most wanted man in all of Naruto series, even Orochimaru didn't know how to approach Itachi. So, its a draw, and for all of you who think genjutsu would work, it wouldn't because orochimaru couldn't even get jiraya under his genjutsu.
