Full powered j-man is hermit mode jiraiya,which means he has ma and pa,which means he has sound genjutsu which goes through susanoo,j-man has unlimited sage mode because ma and pa are gathering natural energy for him,unlike itachi who cant use his susanoo for more than 5 minutes,j-man can summon another toad to help. Did you people see geamon?,hthat stuff is fire+wind+oil,and it flows in the ground,itachi would teally be hurt by that.

Full powered j-man is above ms itachi

itachi in part 1(when his health was better),used ms jutsus 3 times,and had to turn off his sharingan completely.

Ms jutsus take your chakra regardless of how wisely you use it,susanoo rapdly takes not just your chakra,but your life force as well as damages the entire body as sasuke experienced. Sasuke sucks at conserving chakra,that much is blatantly obvious,however,itachi had both chakra problems and was sick,both of these will make his susanoo usage decrease,and it's not like he will go for susanoo right of the bat,and in susanoo he cant use his other jutsus.

No Itachi himself admitted it wouldt matter if he and Kisame went up against him and how many more help they got (Sasori , Deidara , Kakuzo , Hidan, Konan) it wouldnt matter Itachi said best they could do was a stalemate

Itachi destroyed a sannin at base. You guys underrate base Itachi. His MS techs were marely trump cards.

full powered itachi is simply itachi in the manga at his strongst we have seen,sying itachi has full chalra because he is full powered,i can also say j-man has his genjutsu preped,cuz that is his full power as well.Itachi was sick in part 1 i believe,he became sicker in part 2. J-man has sage sensing,as wellas the two toads on him,ma and pa, are also sages,so 3 sensors will be able to detect ama buildoug up,jiraiya can make sage clones as well like against pain,and each clone has a ma and pa on his shoulder,swamo of the underworld would affect itachi as his feet touch the floor,itachi's sickness would affect him if he uses susanoo,lie against sasuke,and against sasuke,he pushed himself even more than ususal.

I think That Jiraya Can take Him. amaterasu Cannot Defeat him as he can seal it away.
But Not sure about the Susanoo
But Im sure Jiraya in sage Mode Can Defeat him.
But Thats my opinion :D

It's true, he can seal the black flames.
But:

What if the flames hits his face? He will die before he can seal them.

Thats If They Hit him. and he has Advanced Speed in SM

Jiraya needs like a chapter to enter sm...

Itachi ends fights at the beginning most times.... eg deidara , orochimaru.. he knows he has bad stanima and will not go for a drawn out fight ...

even if Jiraya enters sm, He will think himself capable of tanking itachi's genjutsu, thanks to ma and pa... only to be killed by tsukyomi, since they wont be able to break it.... cancellation effects won't work on ITACHI'S tsukyomi...

Also..sensing abilities in sm? jiraya was imperfect and never showed that ability.. infact, one of the paths of pein snuck behind him , ma and pa and cut his hand off
