Darui - second right hand of Raikage. His abilites are awesome. He can use raiton combinated with suiton and create Ranton.. And black lighting. He is strong, good in Taijutsu and inteligent.

Jiraiya - Toad king. The most pervy ninja of shinobi world. He's pretty strong and fast. Can summon lots of toads and he was able to learn Sage mod. He is very experienced and inteligent
