100% Jiraiya he was the closest thing Naruto ever had to a father and he left with him for a hell of a lot longer than he spent training/bonding n stuff with Kakashi

altough Sasuke might give Jiraiya a run for his money but I do still think Jiraiya is the top

and than Bee, Tsunade, Hiruzen and Yamato and there is also Fukasaku

but I dont know where to put Minato and Kushina altough brief they had an enormous impact on Narruto with their conversations
