Jiraiya.

Jiraiya may have been beaten by the 6-paths but they are boss & IMO would make quick work of A.
SM is strong as Hell and has the reaction skills needed to keep up with A's speed.
Jiraiya also has summons which he can use as well as very powerful ninjutsu. Genjutsu doesn't work on A though...

jiraiya with high diffcult. jiraiya has the frogs to help him and i know he can buy some time to charge up to go in sage mode

Jiraiya wins, he can summon Gamaken and Gamabunta to aid him.... also he can use swamp of the underworld and many other earth and fire jutsu... he has various rasengans and he is quite smart... he will be able to enter SM with Ma & Pa.... Sage Art is incredible it enhances everything from Ninjutsu to taijutsu and his speed and strength are greatly increased.

Jiraiya will be able to sense A and also he can fight with Goemon and other sage art jutsu.... Also he can carve out a cave or something in the ground to turn something into his advantage and use Genjutsu if it works....

Jiraiya will win... Intelligence beats strength and speed.
