you don't think j-man can counter A's speed? he's fast but not instantaneous plus jiraiya has toad style genjutsu, i mean if that was effective against a rinnegan user i don't think A will be able to handle that..
Im starting to dislike vs threads because poll results merely show what we already know and its that, people go for who they favour and nothing more. Id prolly just stay in the discussion part of the nb.
Anyway sm might give jiraiya a speed boost, but it still cannot compete with A in v1 raiton, let alone v2.
Toad style genjutsu was effective against nagato due to a number of reasons.
First was the fact that the peins allowed jiraiya to run away and come up with a strategy (plot no jutsu). Secondly the location helped. He was in a tunnel and that allowed the genjutsu to be stronger because it was bound to cause an echo. If jiraiya had used that genjutsu in another location, it wouldnt have been that strong. There is also a great theory that suggests that normal genjutsu could not affect A.
If A hs info on that genjutsu, he could simply run away (he is fast enough) in order to dampen down the volume of the song. This is off course if A would sit around and allow jiraiya and the frogs such time
