Not really great logic there. First off these characters don't really have anything to do with Minato and Jiraiya. Secondly base naruto has nothing on kakashi, and sasuke simply has a history of getting things handed to him. He has kage level strength, but weilds it like a chunin. Both kakashi and especially oro would take a dump on him.
