Jiraiya v/s Akatsuki's....

Sasori- Mabey? If he had Hiruko He might win. All the poisen he has is lethal. He even beat Sakura and chiyo. She was already lucky to be carrying the medicane on her. Jiraiya will most likely not even know of the poisen. not to mention he beat chiyo the sand's best puppeteer. And he couldve killed sakura mutiple times to from the poisen. And dont get me started on the third kazekage. lol But ofcourse he is a sannin with sage mode...so o really know's?
Deidara- I think Jiraiya would be a little to fast for the bomb's. Especially with hs sage mode.
Hidan- No way. To win that he would half to scratch Jiraiya. He could barely pt a scratch o Shika or Asuma. doubt he could get one of the sannin.
Kakuzu- He has four heart's...XD ha ha that's all ive got. But he might beable to stand up against him. Idont know about win.
Kisame- Eh. No. I dont really think so.
Itachi- Yes. With his tsukiyomi, all Itachi has to do is point at Jiraiya and he's done for. Not onyl tat he has Amatersu on hand inase he need's to burn the shit out of him. Remember. Jiraiya has to get enough chakra to transform the sagemode. Itachi could beat him while he's waiting.He also hase The Susanoo. With the legendary sword and shield. Noonly that, he is very skilled ninjutsu, and taijuts itachi win's that round,

Itachi might stand a chance.
Hidan could IF he gets Jiraiya's blood.
They could all stand a chance but would lose since Jiraiya is stronger/better than 80% of the Akatsuki.

I think itachi was the strongest of akatsuki beside Madara/Tobi and when itachi, kisame came to take naruto away and fought with jiraiya. Kisame asked why they've retreated and itachi answerred that they all would have been badly injured and even died.
So even itachi knew it would be realy tough even with kisame and even a possibilty to die.

I guess he could kill most of them, except for maybe itachi, kisame and Madara.
Remember that unlike naruto Jyraia had "unlimited" sage chakra... and also if he used the frog genjutsu no one would even stand a chance... except marada and itachi maybe... although itachi would loose due to the fact that even though the sharingan is powerful it also sucks up allot of chakra...

Each Akatsuki member is unique in his/her own way/fighting style...I dont think its possible to predict exactly who he'd be able to defeat...
But if I had to say I think it'd be kakuzu and Hidan...maybe kisame too, but most probable not owing to his large amount of chakra...

A cool thing about J man is he's either a long or close range fighter, the guy's got a cocktail menu of jutsus to attack with..

Hidan=zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dogmeat for Jiraiya. Too quick, too strong, too fierceful.
Kakuzo? Nah, he is scary, but seeing him objectively for allthe chakra his got and element ability, he';s a pretty crappy fighter in all ground scheme.
Nagato? The revenge? Knowing enough about the way Pein fights, Jiraiya, even without a full sage mode, could've beaten pein, I do think J man was a good strategist.
Deidara? Give me a break. All you need to do is get him off the sky and bye-bye akatsuki artist

i know kisame and itachi were running from jiraiya but itachi does not like getting in big fights and itachi is very skilled at ninjutsu. susano with totsuka sword and yata mirror=INVINCIBLE!

Jiraiya's weakpoint Genjutsu. Itachi's MS genjutsu is impossible to break out of. Only Sasuke can get out of it because they are brothers. J man has rasengan, fire and earth elements, and even sage mode. he also has sage mode genjutsu It would have been an even match. Itachi could have taken on Jiraiya but he did not want the confrontation.
