I am going with Jiraya , Kakuzu has 5 hearts (5 lives), but Jiraya can slash them all in a matter of minutes with his SageMode and summoning techniques

I'm not seeing Jiraya gaining enough time to go SM for this location so ill say Kakuzu.

It'll be really difficult for Jiraiya to enter Sage Mode in that location with Kakuzu as an opponent. Summonings might do the job if not then Kakuzu takes it.

Given the stipulations, either side can win, but once Jiraiya enters Sage Mode, Kakuzu is severely outclassed.

Kakuzu perhaps; Base Jiraiya I can understandably see being defeated, but an SM Jiraiya enters superiority to the opposition.

Many overrate Jiraiya's capability of SM entrance -- Kakuzu yes, overrated as he may be on some occasions, does in fact have the ability to pressure his opponents greater than most.

How can Kakuzu pressure Jiraiya? His best attack is a katon/futon combo that can't wreck an AOE large enough to put Ino Choji and Kakashi down. Meanwhile Gamaken was leaping off skyscrapers to the next while killing multiple boss summons that are 10x more difficult and annoying to kill than Kakuzus hearts and Jiraiya wasn't doing ANYTHING. He couldn't move his hands apart during his SM ritual so imagine the havoc he'd wreck on Kakuzu if he starts incorporating his attacks with Gamakens.

Base Jiraiya low-mid difficulty wins.

I forgot Toad Mouth Trap solos too Kakuzu has no counter for that. Itachi needed Amaterasu to escape it and Kakuzu ninjutsu isn't on that level.
