OMG im newbie and even i know people are just gonna spam searchbar -_-
anyway long story short jman beat 3 on his own adding two more of the sannin oro + tsunade is overkill.
oro with sword to help on offence + tsunade to heal or even her monstorus strength + j man SM u knw the rest and dont even bring up the the hanzo incident were he defeated them.
unless your talking about the sannin in the past the nowadays one would eat hanzo alive

sannins, the animal path summons are mostly covered by the 3 boss frogs, manda, a few other big snakes and katsuyu. then its oro and tsunade holding off while jman goes SM, jman and oro take over combat. i think there is a good chance of taking them down

Although I think it will be difficult to defeat Deva path, I think Sanins will win, Jiraiya alone already defeated 3 paths.

they probably have some jutsu powerful enaugh they havent shown but even if they dont jiraiyas summons have and even if his dont have it orochimaru has edo tensei so his summons have something powerful enaugh for sure

Alright:

Pein: We know everything about him and i dont feel like saying everything about him.

Jiraiya: Summons (Various), Earth release (Swamp of the underworld), fire release (Quite powerful), SM (Ma and Pa, Genjutsu), Senjutsu really fast and powerful, Rasengan (Various types), taijutsu high level and he got a high IQ.

Oro: well got tons of jutsu, known for his summoning snakes and his edo tensei, plus he has incredible IQ and well if he uses one jutsu he is immortal right?

Tsunade, Incredible strength, medical jutsu is just incredible, slug summon, oh quite smart too.

Well all three of them together would figure it all out and together they have speed and strength enough to defeat pein with high diff.

People on this forum needs to think before they put a answer... it took a tbb.. <---- that alone they dont have the destructive force off.... + Rasenshruiken and yasaka magtama to break the core of chibaku tensei..

They arent winning if pain is serious and willing to use deva path fully
