if kabuto "surpassed" oro but oro and jman are almost "equal" then kabuto would win. plus we havent seen what kabuto has done so not really sure.

IMO healthy prime Oro was because he had superior summons to Jiraya which is what he relies on. Oro also had ton of jutsus he must have learned. Can summon both 1st and 2nd hokage. We haven't seen to much from a healthy Oro tho. So this is just my opinion.

Thanks but i know that alot of people will say Jiraya is stronger because he held off against Pein. But seriously Pein would have ended his life in a second if all 6 were there.
