hes undderrated blaze because Naruto did what he could never do in like 4 chapters, become perfect sage, sooo everybody just assumed SM naruto > SM jiraiya, and they just forgot about all his other techniques, soo he just got placed on the list somewhere below SM naruto and he was forgotten

Lol, and you don't think transformation justu is OP - it's almost at substitution level of OPness.
- It's implied to be a permanent transformation so yes if Jiriaya has the opportunity to put his hand on your head then it's game over- but in the grand scheme of things, it's not that OP because if he had the oppurtunity to do that in battle then might aswell as slit the guys throat-
