1st - for sake of god...OF COURSE madara is an edotensei now...i mean just the fact he wanted to be revived with rinntensei logically means that you one can be rinnetensei even after many years of his Death... and btw if you are speaking that crazy arguments...i tell you from now that madara isn't dead at all and he is still alive within obito's body...madara is the only flaw of edotensei.....but anyway this is not my subject of debate

2-we dont know the process of how the rinnetensei work....lets says jiraiya's body was decayed and vanished in the deep sea...if he gets rinnetensed of course he will come back alive with his body....or if jiraiya's body was still in deep sea and rinneteisen reached him,then jiraiya could simply use a toad summoning to rescue himself.....also you neglecting one important fact wich is :" YOU ALL UNDERESTIMATING JIRAIYA SENSEI!!"...and you should keep well in your mind that : WHERE JIRAIYA DIED IS WHERE POSSIBLY TOADS CAN LIVE..

2- YOU ARE UNDERESTIMATING JIRAIYA...where jiraiya died is where the toads can possibly live...plus we dont know the process of how deos the rinnetensei work

One thing I learned from watching anime is that if you dont see someone actually die they are most likely still alive(obitos case is a great example we never saw him actually die). And if you do see someone die then there is still at least a 50% chance they will come back alive(kakashi during pains fight). So your theory is very plausible.

sigh why do you want kishi to revive jiraiya and ruin one of the best death scene in the series?
i meant kishi butchered hurizen and minato deaths already by bringing them back but at least those are just edos but bringing back jiraiya just further how meaningless death is in the series.

Many years ago I thought Jiraiya was still alive because of three reasons:

1. No one ever dies in this manga (They "die" and then come back)
2. If Orochimaru and Tsuande can repair their limbs why not Jiraiya? Frogs can repair their limbs.
3. He could of been summoned to Toad Mountain to be saved.
