Nagato said those people he killed still had time but weeks have passed since Jiraiya died and Nagato was using all the chakra he had left to revive the newly died people so if he wanted to revive Jiraiya then he would have needed more chakra to focus on Jiraiya. Just my opinion.

I think his point was that Madara plan was to be revived with the Rinnegan's power meaning that it can revive him. But I already explained how Nagato couldn't have revived Jiraiya plus if he was revived then he would drown due to being at the bottom of the water so unless he does some type of summon a toad to go in the toad which poof back to toad mountain, he would drown.

Would be cool if Jiraiya some how lived and returned but highly unlikely.

Let me tell u why that's bullshit, jiraiya was killed in Ame, far away and his body sank into the fukin ocean to the point where not even Kabuto himself could find him...it was stated in the manga. Read it FFS and not to mention it was said he can only revive in a limited time. Nagato himself said something familiar of that sort.

Why was madara a fool we don't know when he actually died do we so time wise could have be ok plus the time limit could have been because of low chakra at the time I'm not saying jman is alive though
