Ban on ridiculous amounts of BM/KM/SM clones. Naruto can keep fighting in SM for as long as he wants, but that's it. This is a 1v1 battle.
Toads fight with whoever they feel like.
Moderate prep time.
Arena: Konoha crater.
Disregarding any emotional clutter these two may face at fighting each other to the death, I think this could be an interesting matchup.
SM Jiraiya vs. SM Naruto.
It's pretty clear that Jiraiya is the more proficient Sage Mode user of the two. Given that Naruto barely survived Pein (if we only consider SM, not rampage mode or KSM) and Nagato stated that Jiraiya would have beaten him, I believe Jiraiya wins this matchup. His vastly superior experience more than makes up for Naruto's full mastery of the mode.
SM Jiraiya vs. KM Naruto.
Can Jiraiya do to Naruto what Naruto did to the Third Raikage (Not force him to stab himself, but anticipate his movements to a degree in which he can place a game-changing Rasengan or similar)? My guess would be yes.

This is the crux of the matter. BM Naruto is faster than KM, but is it to a degree where SM Jiraiya (Who, remember, is a lot more skilled in base form than Naruto is, and the same would hold true for Sage Mode) can even counterattack/survive?
Additionally fuinjutsu could play a part in this fight, though the super pervert might not have time to prepare too much. Jiraiya could place something like Orochimaru's Five-Elements Seal to restrict Kurama's chakra, though the change in Naruto's and Kurama's relationship (and the actual seal) could render it ineffective.
