I mean why would Orochimaru bring Karin (obviously Heal Tsunade), but then...Suigetsu too! hmm!!! Only reason he'd get Suigetsu to come is to retrieve Jiraiyas body from the depths of water only someone like he, who can change into water, could reach due to pressure. But why leave Juugo with Sasuke who is practically doing nothing!

he already has Jiraiya's DNA...what you dont know is that he's going to let Tsunade die then bring her back along with Jiraiya sacrificing Karin and Suiguetzu...meanwhile Sasuke will do "something" dont ask me what...to Sacrifice Juugo and regain his Curse Mark Powers thus giving him yet another Powerup...Then 3 Legendary Sannin along with Sasuke turn on Naruto and the Alliance...
