Trouble in the land of grass!
Half an hour after leaving the village, team jiraiya ar jumping through the trees heading towards the land of grass.
Jiraiya: I'd like to ask you something.
Minato, shin and shina look to Jiraiya in confusion.
Jiraiya: How did you learn such high level techniques at such a younge age?
Minato: Our parents tought us, the said we need to be able to protect ourselves and those close to us.
Shina: So we spent hours training in the afternoon together to get stronger!
Shin: So we can protect our friends and families in these times of war!
Jiraiya: (thinking) I guess thats what drives them to become so strong (smirking)
Jiraiya: The will of fire!
Minato: The will of fire? Whats that?
Jiraiya: Its the spirit that lives on in the hidden leaf village which enspires us to fight and grow strong to
protect those who are close to us!
Shina: Wow!
Shin: How did you find out about it?
Jiraiya: I was tought it by my sensai, the 3rd hokage!
Minato: The 3rd hokage was your sensai?! Wow no wonder your so strong!
Jiraiya: I learnt from the best
Minato: Hmmm, to be Hokage, that is my dream (he says with a cheeky grin on his face)
Jiraiya: (Thinking) this kids got guts
i like him!Shin: How far are we from the land of grass?
Jiraiya: Not far now but we are going to take a quick break.
Shina: Why sensai?
Jiraiya: So we can restore our energy before we arrive ready to get our mission done!
Five minites later they stopped and had a break resting against the trees, eating to restore there
energy for the road ahead. After 10 minites of silence....
Minato: Sensai?
Jiraiya: Huh? What is it kid?
Minato: Why did you decide to become a shanobi?
Jiraiya: Hmmm, When i was younge the village was attacked by sand village, in the middle of the night, the village was
caught off guard and many people were killed, inlcuding my parents (he said looking up to the clouds in his own world)
So after that i felt lost and confused at why i couldnt protect them from the invaders, eventually i decided to sign
up to the academy! I decided beating my self up over it wouldnt help and i just wanted to get stronger and protect those i care about
so i wanted to become a ninja!
Minato: (thinking) Wow hes the same as me, he has no parents and wants to save those he loves!
Minato: I understand how you feel!
Jiraiya: Huh?
Minato: I felt the same after my parents were killed, but from then on i decided i was going to become strong and become Hokage
so i can protect the whole village!
Jiraiya: Good on ya kid
After another hour of resting and eating, they got up and headed for the land of grass. When they arrived at the bored
Jiraiya checked his map then they headed for the feudal lords Temple to gather information on the enermy and find out
where they should start, when they arrived there, there was a squad of guards waiting at the entrance to escort them
to the sacred chamber.
When they arrived there the feudal lord was sat at the end of a long table waiting for them with for them, he was short and looked old with a gentle concerned smile on his face. Though he was smiling his messy dark grey hair showed his weaker side.
Feudal lord: Thank you for coming at such short notice, it is urgent that you help us, our people are running out of food and starving please help us!
Minato: Dont worry we will stop these bandits and restore peace to the land of grass!
Jiraiya: Oi kid keep it down, thats the feudal lord your talking to!
Minato: My appologies sir for speaking out of place (saying it to the feudal lord)
Feudal lord: Think nothing of it, its nice to see such enthusiastic younge ninja, we are very greatful for your help!
Minato is stood with a cheeky smile on his face scratching his head.
Jiraiya: We were instructed to protect you supply caravans, so where should we start and what information do you have on the enermy?
Feudal lord: May i just ask you your name sir, you seem very wise? And we know nothing of the enermy or there techniques they never attack in the open only from the trees, and by the time our people realise, its too late!
Jiraiya: Hmmm so at least we know where the enermy will attack from, and you can call me Jaraiya!
The feudal lord and all his subbordinates look shocked at the sound of Jiraiyas name.
Feudal lord: Your Jiraiya?!?! One of the legendary sannin who fought and stood there ground against the great Hanzo?!
Jiraiya: Thats me, the amazing Jaraiyyyyyaaaaaaa!
Feudal lord: To think the hidden leaf would go to such lengths to help us! This favour will be greatly rewarded.
Minato: (thinking) Jiraiya's really that well known?
Jiraiya: Where is the closest supply caravan coming from? We will head there and begin our mission!
Feudal lord: Theres a small farm with a small coal mine to the north west of here, just follow the road. Good luck and we are extremely grateful for your help!
Jiraiya: Ok, come on guys lets head out!
Team Jiraiya then set out towards the farm the feudal lord was talking about to begin their mission!
