Jiraiya in The Simpsons game??

I downloaded The Simpsons arcade game the other day cause I was feeling nostalgic and when I got to one of the bosses I noticed he kinda looked like Jiraiya.
Here's a pic for those of you who played the game and tell me, doesn't he kinda look like him?

I was able to download it free on the PSN since I have the Playstation Plus.
I feel so damn old cause this game came out when I was like 12 or 13.
