I hope its not him i mean who is strong enough to go down to the ocean floor to retrieve him. I think he is a former student of some kind or a clone made by Orochimaru after the lose of his only real friend and it went on his own and turned bad. That's a big maybe in my theory but i hope its something different all together or a character that was spoken of but never introduced.
