Orochimaru had an entire childhood with Jirayia, plus they fought a war together. The chances of getting enough DNA is... high.

That's true it's the only innate possibility of Jiraiya ever coming back. He probably isn't coming back though, and I doubt Orochimaru has his DNA. If Orochimaru had Jiraiya's DNA, Kabuto would have used it rather than trying to hunt down his body which turned out to be irretrievable. Kabuto was Orochimaru's right hand man and he had access to all of Orochimaru's research.

Orochimaru really had no reason to take Jiraiya's DNA in the past when he was still in Konoha. Jiraiya doesn't come from a special clan or anything as far as we know, and has no kekkai genkai or anything, so why would Orochimaru want his DNA? Edo Tensei isn't really a good answer here for a few reasons. For one, we don't know if Orochimaru could even use it while he was still in the leaf. On top of that, even if he could, I doubt he'd collect Jiraiya's DNA as he is alive, making it useless.

If Jiraiya were revived right now, unless Orochimaru does the same thing he did with Madara, Jiraiya will be missing an arm. I find it unlikely Orochimaru would even want to revive Jiraiya...
