Manga knowledge means J&T know are aware of the immortal duo abilities (Kakashi's surely reported after). Regardeless of knowledge, Gamabunta and Katsuyu can take out the masks, Bunta faired well against a Bijuu, with Katsuyu's help its more than possible.
Jiraiya in base is enough for Hidan:

Imo J-man and Tsunade-sama win mid-high diff worst case.

no people say jiraiya's hair can take out hidan? lmao please it may restrain him for about 2 min before kakuzu fires jutsu at jiraiya ... the immortal duo take jiraiya (kakuzu has potential to solo) with mid diff ... and hidan is basically immortal until you kill kakuzu 5 times seeing as kakuzu can stitch him back together

.. so ya they take out jiraya with a casualty of 1 or 2 hearts at most .. he would not be able to enter sage mode... with hidan and kakuzu coming at him plus 3 or 2 other hearts

then the three gang kill tsunade .. since i believe asuma can at least hold her at bay for a while

he has been only shown to use one summon when not in sm .. so it can be pierced by kakuzu's raiton ..

Kakuzu's masks one shot their summons.
Katusuyu slug division jutsu won't be of any use when she will get roasted by raiton gian, katon zukokku also one shots Jiriaya's summons.
Hidan is a better close range fighter than Tsunade, he could solo her as he only needs a drop of her blood to win, with Asuma's assistance she will get stomped.

Jiraiya and Tsunade win IMO. Jiraiya summons Gamabunta and Tsunade summons Katsuyu, which are extemely big. While the two summons fight, Tsunade and Jiraiya can wait on top until Jiraiya reaches Sage Mode where then the Sannin combo win.

Also, Jiraiya and Tsunade cold hide in Bunta's stomach till SM reached.
