When I first saw that they were gonna fight I thought that since jaraiya was fighting the leader of akatsuki that he was gonna take a real beating though I thought that he was gonna win. But when he took on all 3 pains(which I thought were the max number), I was getting a little worried . But when he introduced sage mode I was dead set that he was gonna win. But when all 6 cqme out I was like "DAFUK!?" And once jaraiya dropped to his knees and proclaimed that he couldn't move anymore, I knew he was gonna die

Yeah it was really a cruel death possibly one of the cruelest in Naruto. I'll be honest i Hated Pain for a good while after that.

Jiraiya knew it was likely to be a suicide mission from the start, and like a boss, with no regrets, went on a final date with Tsunade, got her s-faced, didn't take advantage, then went to face his fate, like a boss.

Knew it from the moment he went on the date. He's not coming back..............yet.

Afterall Tsunade looses all of her bets.
