Orochimaru starts with Hiruzen as an Edo. Jiraiya is in Sage Mode when match starts.

How so? Orochimaru gets wrecked by Itachi and Kisame manages to stall, if not defeat Jiraiya.

THIS^^^ why restrict someones abilities. Orochimaru has only shown two hand signs throughout the series and Edo was one of them. SO you restrict the one of the only jutsu he's shown in the series?? That's foolish and you don't restrict anything from the opposing side, Itachi who possess one-shot genjutsu?!?! FAIL for that

Nonetheless,

1) team #2 wins. Jman's base doesn't rival neither Itachi or Kisame. Orochimaru wouldn't be able to handle them both alone.

2) team #1 wins more than they lose. SM Jman rivals Itachi and with assistance from both possibly toads and snakes, this should be his fight. Kisame though strong, hasn't shown anything the sets him over Orochimaru, as his dome would be filled with snakes (one of their natural environments)

If it happen to be Itachi and Orochimaru, with full intel Orochimaru's chances increases as we can counter all of Itachi's techniques except genjutsu. So his many objective would be to keep his distance and drain his chakra as long as he possbily could. Itachi would eventually win, but relatively drained of chakra. Jman in SM clearly has advantages of Kismae, whtether it's genjutsu to speed. He'll be the victor med difficulty, leaving him and a weary Itachi. Jman in this state has higher chances at winning.

3) Team #2 wins med difficulty.
