Sasuke hasn't shown anything like that and Jugo is the true source of the CS so expect his ultimate form to pack the most force. Jiraiya's was her former sensei and knew how to weaken the paper so I doubt she's been put in that situation many times before at her current level. If Sage Mode increases speed and Kyuubi Mode increases speed, then both of them working in harmony should give him speed greater then the Raikages.
