agree if they are in sage mode its over. but if naruto is in sage mode sasuke should have his MS. if sasuke has MS sasuke and orochiomaru win

Might be more difficult with the MS, since Jiraiya and Naruto can't really defend themselves from genjutsu, but they'd still have a good chance of winning.
They'd sweep the floor with Sage Mode; no doubt about it!

two SM of Naruto and Jiraya means addition of two old frogs (or what they are) so 4 vs 2. Also Jiraya become possible to use genjutsu. This is toooo much for Saske and Oro, even with MS. Also if Naruto's SM as like in the battle with Pain, then he could use clones... no way for bad guys, imho.
