This is actually a really difficult one. Both teams are enough to exhaust each other and eliminate each other. Intent to kill VS intent to capture suggests that Team Oro would win, but when you examine a breakdown of techniques, Kakashi's rock-style techs and shadow clones are perfect for capturing Kabuto, who although might strike a killer blow with his chakra scalpel will probably end up getting a shadow clone of Kakashi's. Oro's snake summons and Jiraiya's frog summons cancel each other out perfectly: Snake poison and ability to eat Toads > Toads. Fire and oil techniques char the snakes. I inevitably imagine a situation where Manda fatally bites Gamabunta but Gamabunta chars Manda to a crisp with oil fuelled fire. Both die.
In a fight where Jiraiya and Orochimaru fight each other as base selves, Jiraiya might be able to defeat Oro, but no sort of attack either he or Kakashi will do, even a chidori that cuts Orochimaru's legs off will manage to keep Oro captured, except maybe a big-ball Rasengan. But Oro is the KING of escapism; he just has to jump out of his own body. Any move you would strike at him that would prevent him from doing that would HAVE to be a move that would be able to obliterate or disintegrate him and that would kill him. And if Jiraiya isn't allowed to kill Oro, he runs the risk of getting Sword-of-Kusunagi'd in the chest. BUT this isn't Base Jiraiya; it's Sage Jiraiya. Whilst Ma and Pa keep Oro busy, Jiraiya can summon enough natural energy to do Frog Song and trap Oro in it. In conclusion: Team 1 (Jiraiya and Kakashi) takes this.
If Jiraiya can get in Sage Mode that is.
