I I believe his accomplishments r greater than the other sannins, sensei of minato, nagato and naruto childs of prophecy, everys masters wish is to c their students surpass them all did and became ultra strong and legendary or legendary ninjas, could had been hokage if he wanted to bee, and fear and respected by a whole lot of ninjas. Plus every like jman, cool, perverted, super strong, funny,etc I don't believe he has any bad qualitys and no1 can't hate on him, he's just awesome, and when he died I actually felt bad and how I wish he was part of the word, and when I saw kakashi die too, all I said was naruto is never gonna be the same without this 2 ninjas, sorry for changing the subject, I just miss jiraiya, how come he wasn't revived as an edo tensei.

The manga says Tsunade is the reason Konoha won the second Shinobi war. Which means without her Jiraiya's accomplishments would never had happened. She was prized as the best medical ninja in the world at a young age. She is the first Kunoichi to be named hokage. Tsunade is respected by many ninja as well

You realize being a peeping tom is actually a bad quality. Imagine if some guy was peeping on your baby sister in the shower... He was awesome yes. Its a shame he died an in reality it could've been prevented but it was necessary for Naruto to grow stronger at that point. He wasn't revived because he was too far at the bottom of the Ocean and Kabuto would have been crushed trying to collect a sample of his DNA

You forgot right next to where Kabuto said that, he also said if only he had weapons from pain that contained blood of Jirayia and Tobi said don't push it. So it is completely possible. There was a lot of blood coming from J-man on that fight, I mean he did lose an arm. =P is that on the bottom of the ocean?
