Jio has half white half black hair, one green eye below the white hair side and a red eye below the black hair side. Jio also tattooed fang-like markings on his cheeks because his master called Zero (A talking ninja wolf) once told him that to get stronger he needed fangs. Jio has an extremely long scarf that is heavy so he can use it to wrap around things and his attire is mostly black and white, also uses an earring like a crescent moon in his left ear. After the time skip Jio still uses the same style of clothing with small changes. No, he doesn’t wear a jacket, instead he has two straps of cloth tied to his belt that goes from his waist to his ankles, and they are one black and one white.

➠Personality
Despite his bloodthirsty nature, he generally maintains a relaxed, and laid-back demeanor, even during battle. In addition, while Jio is very powerful, he never seems to overestimate his own ability, as he immediatly ordered 'The Band Of Seven' to run as he saw the massive army, made by the temporary alliance between the feuding Daimyō, that hunted them. Although he is a skilled mercenary and hardened killer, he retains a sense of loyalty, honor and compassion, but only for his six close companions, whom remain unnamed.

Description: Kendo is one of the most basic styles of kenjutsu. Even those not trained in kendo unknowingly use it. It is basically fighting with a sword while having both hands gripped on the handle. As said, very basic. This is only special, when in use by a kenjutsu master and specialist. Those with specialties in kenjutsu would normally only grip their sword with one hand when using their sword, as one hand is more than enough to overwhelm a normal opponent. However, when using Kendo, they will not only grip their sword with both hands, but will also flow an excessive amount of chakra into the blade of the sword. The chakra flowed through the sword is thin concentrated, translating into destructive and cutting power. With one slice, they can easily slice an opponents body straight through the middle with ease. It posseses enough power to shatter Earth Jutsu of the same rank, and will easy slice through a defence.

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to use arguably the most powerful jutsu in Devil's Fist. The jutsu allows the user, to channel fire chakra into a sword or other bladed weapon. The sword is then 'hot' being able to add heat damage, in addition to regular damage inflicted from a bladed wound. The heat makes the weapon literally hot enough to melt through other bladed weapons, and to immediately cauterize wounds that the sword cuts. It also causes massive burns, from the heat of the fire chakra. The blade never actually becomes on fire, just simply hot.

Description: This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Description: The user will perform two handseals (starting with boar) inducing the target in an illusion by sending their own chakra to disrupt the target's chakra system and the chakra within their brain. Right after performing the handseal, the target's senses would make them believe that the user possesses some increased speed ability and is using it to move quickly to their location, giving them few quick kicks and punches which sets them off balance. In the illusion, they won't be capable of matching their own speed with the user. They will then believe that the user has suddenly moved behind them and is pointing/touching the back of their (target's) head with their (the user's) index and middle finger as to release a projectile out of them at the back of the target's head. At that moment the target's eyes will have their eyeballs getting dislocated as if they were forcefully attracted by the user's 2 fingers, causing them to turn back 180 degrees as to stare behind themselves yet having their head facing the other side. This is all in the illusion and makes them feel great pain in the illusion causing some mental damage in reality aswell. In reality the target would be falling due to getting out of balance in the genjutsu (because of the few kicks and punches). When the genjutsu ends, the target will be capable of standing up but with some mental pain due to having had his eyes dislocated in the genjutsu. However, in reality, nothing happens to his eyes apart from being momentarily blinded while under the effects of the illusion.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.

When dense earth for example the core switches with swamp of the under world, everyone would be able to move about freely. While under the surface, the swamp would still be there. For Earth's counter part water comes in contact with this jutsu, the temperature drops dramatically. Causing water to harden into ice, and for storm/hurricane clouds to form around the battle field.

➠Background Info
☛ Jio was born into the infamous Nekura clan thus one of his primary dreams was always to become the strongest Nekura member in history and be the proud head of the clan. His father was a known killer and elite Shinobi known as Akuma of the Nekura clan. He disappeared after impregnating Jios mom but when Jio was 5 he returned. His return was for one simple reason; to give his offspring the mark of the demon, officially inducting young Jio into the clab. When Jio's mother found out she decided to take him to an old friend of hers that had built his own temple just outside of the water country. She thought that sending the 5 year old, narcissistic Jio to the temple near kiri would help his problems.. He spent his days simply training to become a genin at the temple in order to become a mist shinobi, and once he did they referred to the child as "Le Haku Akuma" ("the blue Devil") and believed he was prophesied to unite the warring villages by bringing back the Juubi itself. From that point on he took on many missions and traveled the vast map of the nw. Not much is known of Jio's past other than his days as Kiri's anbu where he spied on nearly every village, picking up many skills such as rain, cloud Kenjutsu etc.

Jio being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made. His ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous snake body designs that cover the surface of all the walls, looking as if the walls were made of earthen snake scales.
The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 35 meters around and stands 40 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.
The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.
All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.

Nekura

Jio is a member of the infamous Nekura clan. The foul chakra of the Juubi, Keigoku, flows in him, hence giving him a maddening urge to inflict pain to his opponent, breed fear amongst them and avenge the Juubi's defeat. He is ranked as a Black Knight, thus allowing his Keigoku to pass through Most objects, and also gives him access to certain techniques that others don't have access to. He's immune to Genjutsu and other techniques that insert chakra into his body due to the foul Keigoku rejecting all forms of foreign chakra. He wears an all black cloak, outlined with gray that is knee length, concealing his identity completely if he puts the hood on. The cloak is a special Nekura cloak that can't be cut by any non chakra enhanced weapon. On the upper back is the Nekura clan symbol in Blue, symbolizing his rank in the clan.
Swordsmanship/Physical Prowess
Being born Ambidextrous Jio is able to weild weapons such as his swords and other weapons with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword he usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once. Like any other shinobi, he carries the usual weapons such as kunai, flash bombs etc. On his lower back, strapped on horizontally, is two normal sized katanas, one hilt sticking from the left and one from the right. Along with his amazing swordsmanship, Jio has been noted to be slightly above average in terms of physical strength and speed. With his bare hands he is capable of shattering boulders with a single punch and to the normal eye his movements are but just a blur. A true testament of his strength is how he wields large swords. He is able to wield them with a single hand, cutting down numerous enemies in single slashes. Worn vertically on his back is a 4 foot steel, chrome boomerang used specifically for his custom fighting style. To complement the single boomerang, he has a dozen kunai-sized boomerangs exactly like the bigger one but stored in a pouch on his upper right thigh. He also carries around a flask of liquor on his right hip, drinking becoming a habit of his since training in the drunken monkey fist fightin style. On his left hip is a summoning scroll to summon the golden staves cw that he learned from Ace.

Jio, after coming across the owner of the Cubozoa and Tiglon contracts was allowed to sign these fearsome creatures. As a result, he has become capable of utilizing jutsu associated with the contracts and is able to summon them to battle at any time to aid him. From signing the Cubozoa contract he was gifted with the physical ability to efficiently resist the Cubozoa's venom to a certain extent, though too much could still be fatal. Both contracts interested and went well with him due to one of them being an aquatic creature and him loving the element of water. He copes very well with each summoning animal and can fight side by side in complete unison with them.
Wind Mastery/God of Wind
Since Training with Wind masters, Jio has found that his affinity for wind came quite easily. He's able to perform wind techniques better than even the greatest wind users. He was so well versed in the arts of Wind that he was appointed holder of the God of the Wind sword and was placed as one of the 7SM,.

Description: The user focuses fuuton chakra into Shine-Tsu-Hiko and then thrusts the sword forwards. A highly condensed sword of quick-spinning, ferociously slicing fuuton chakra is then released that reaches up to long range, stabbing everything it comes across (till now only the length is abnormal as it's still as wide as a normal sword). After that the blade start suddenly expanding, creating a massive, horizontal hurricane that cuts everything it touches. The hurricane starts to slice the surface of the battlefield into dust, transforming the center of it into a bowl-shaped empty wasteland. All that dust then is taken up by the hurricane, making it even more lethal. Finally the user can sweep the hurricane once more by swinging Shine-Tsu-Hiko into that direction. For instance by swinging it to the left, it will move to the left, by swinging it upwards it will move upwards etc.
