So why don't Onoki haul a massive Jinton at the Juubi? That would work.
Well i don't think that something that didn't worked against Perfect Susanoo will work against Juubi. I also think it depends on the size of the Jinton in question. More you concentrate, more you accumulate chakra and more it's powerful. Now it's true that normally something that works in cellular level should be able to destroy Juubi, but it seems that Kishi decided to put a limit on this jutsu in the manga

True, chakra being that limit.

Jinton is not an element. It's a kekkei toka, a combination of fire, wind and earth, but yeah it's really overpowered
Jinton is an element i.e. "Storm Element" therefore you could say "Dust Element" (in fact, that is used by Onoki at some point in the manga). It's not a KG.

kenkei genkai < kenkei touta

combination of 2 element < combination of 3 element

so expect the power of jinton..

but in the next page though... .. jinton is passed down and learned by onoki.. so kekkei touta genetic influences is not that significant compared to a kekkei genkai..

so by far, jinton is the strongest element in my opinion
