What makes Gudoudama>Jinton?

Also does the white and black chakra have any relevance to the Bijuu Dama? Jinton is white and Gudoudama are black and the Bijuu Dama is a combination of white and black chakra.

Are they all on the same level of destruction? For example Jinton is on a molecular while the other might be below or beyond it.

Gudoudama has the ability to negate any ninjutsu that does NOT have natural energy in it. It is apparently made out of all nature transformations including yin and yang. It has a ton of fluidity and can be shaped into almost anything.

Jinton is similar, it's been able to sub atomically disperse anything that it has come into contact with. Jinton has set structures and lacks the fluidity of the Gudoudama, and has Earth, Wind and Fire (the order was intentional, for all you RnB and Soul fans).

Bijuu Dama is composed of negative (black) and positive (white) chakra. It's never really elaborated upon what this means, and unfortunately, it's unlikely we'll ever know. But it seems tailed beast chakra follows a negative and positive concept. Although, this could just be a mistranslation meaning Yin and Yang. Who knows.

Bijuu Dama seems to have the highest level of destruction generally, minus Kaguya's planet sized Gudoudama, followed by Jinton. Gudoudama is less offensive based, although Obito used the Gudoudama offensively quite a bit against Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto formed a staff which he whacked Madara with. But generally, it looks more defensive and is likely the most powerful if the right wielder uses it.

We only seen the Gudoudamas explode twice and from the looks of it is similar to Jinton though Obito was able to survive within his Gudoudama shield.

No, Jinton is only a Kekkei Touta (3 natures), Gudoudama is a Kekkei Moura (all 5 + Yin/Yang).

Jinton turns to dust, Gudoudama ​erases.

Jinton:

-Disintegrates objects to dust, something Gudo Dama already does.
