Even though I've never seen it in action, Yin-Yang Release is the strongest. Full mastery over Yin-Yang Release could probably be only mastered by Rikudou alone, since this is the essence of all life. Mastery over Yin-Yang Release can do:

• Reanimating inorganic objects such as statues, mountains, anything. See

• Create anything from imagination with Yin, and breath life into that with Yang. Including monsters to aid you, or even your worst nightmare come to reality. Or making a reality a dream, like Izanagi

• With Yang alone, you can generate Life Energy to bring someone who is dead to life, similar to Chiyo's

• With Yin alone its possible to create mirages of yourself, illusions that aren't cerebral but more like "holograms", see

You can create anything with this, Creation of All Things is a very good example of it.

Destruction scale doesn't always make the best jutsu.

Like Edo Tensei is the best jutsu, without causing destruction

It's not about the jutsu, it's how well you use it. Look at wood release compared to the way yamato and hashi use it. Before seeing Madara use wood release, I always thought that it was a dumb tech and didn't know why it was considered powerful in the first place.

I agree... but you forgot Tsunade's Yin seal Release wich is probably one of the most ridiculously powerful Yin releases in the Narutoverse. Thanks to that she's pretty much unbreakable ....
