Are they immune to genjutsu, or do the tailed beasts inside of them break the genjutsu after it has been cast?

This is relatively important.

As a jinchuriki fanatic. I know all about them. The tailed beasts break it and other way around if there fully transformed.

And before you say "tsukyomi controls time, so by the time its cast, its too late to undo the genjutsu" know this: when jins and their bijuu communicate, they are also outside of time. So they truly are immune to genjutsu. I don't know about the mizukage though

Can the Beast actually break the genjutsu for them? I thought that the Beast can tell you that you are in a genjutsu but can actually break it for you.

I think only very powerful genjutsu would work on jinchuriki for example I don't see them being immune to Kotoamatsukami or Tsukiyomi.

They are immune to every genjutsu casted. They do obviously have to be perfect jins, the biju dispells the genjutsu.

The Bijuu break it, but it is good to note it is broken fast enough to where they are already back in play before someone can turn around...

This is wrong.

Naruto has KCM mode here, not BM where he is in sync with Kurama.

Therefore going by your faulty logic, Naruto is immune to Tsukuyomi (Which is evident).

He's talking to bee, who is a perfect jinchuuriki though

OT: No they are not immune, but they can break free (with help from their bijuu, of course)

Incorrect. Genjutsu, and all its effects apply directly to the brain.. Jins and Bijuu do not share a brain, otherwise when the jin is affected by the genjutsu, the bijuu would aswell.... When a genjutsu is used on bee and it's making him see red clouds.. the bijuu isn't seeing that.. it sees through his perfectly working eyes..
