Does anybody on NB know why jinchuurikis cannot use RDS Reaper Death Seal jutsu?, it was stated by Minato during the Kyuubi invasion arc... I nid answers please ve bin brainstorming to no avail thanks.

Well honestly this is interesting question without any clear answer yet because nor Kishi or The Manga states it.
I believe that Jinchurki can't be sealed until he/she keep Tailed Beast in himself/herself simply and that is reason. Why ? Because Tailed beasts are immortal, in sense even after dying they will come back, so they can't die forever but being sealed in RDS could cause their bein dead forever IMO...
It could make sense considering that only way to seal Jinchurki could be if he/she lost their tailed beasts as they were extracted by Akatsuki. Another example is Kinkau and Ginkaku borthers who had Kurama chakra due to eating his flesh while being swallowed by Kurama, but yet they were sealed in big jar which is one of five Sage of six paths's Treassured Weapons
I Believe that this is same reason that Totsuka Blade couldn't work on Jinchirurki until he or she has tailed beast inside herself/himself
