Madara has plenty of feats he has shown in Taijutsu, KKG, elemental jutsu and even can handle Senjutsu.

Madara can combine Mokuton Clone and Susano, can use limbo and use black poles to immobilize.

Let’s not forget Madara great use in Mokuton, which can leave a opponent drained of chakra and Preta Path.

Kaguya loses because she sucks at managing her chakra. Against Naruto and Sasuke, two significantly weaker characters, she spammed her portal despite BZ saying not to. Limbo also gives Madara a strong edge. Unlike Sasuke and Naruto, Kaguya is just one person, so Madara has a strong chance of being able to consistently avoid Kaguya's attack by swapping out.

I don't see how Obito and Yamato have to do with this but Kaguya's Divine Tree (Meaning it's her in a biju state) is the biggest wood style used in the series. So that alone triumph over Madara and Hashirama.

kaguya's wood style divine tree also absorbs, in fact it's got one of the best absorption power in the series.

Madara black Rods can immoblize his opponent to not doing anything.

No he doesn't. And I'm sure you were one of the people on this thread a while back that said that Rinnegan Obito couldn't use nagato's powers. That's an argument for another time but nobody has that power but nagato.
And given the fact that Kaguya in her cocoon state (Gedo mazou) can use phantom dragon to extract life force, that feat means nothing to her anyways.
