Jinchuriki?

Alright, so, after all of the jinchuriki bio's are taken, is it now impossible for someone to get one, or can they challenge a current jinchuriki bio-holder for their bio? This is just something I was thinking of, because it's a little cheap if it's just "first come, first serve".
