If a jinchuriki transforms up to the last tail like Bee does turning into the Ushi-oni does it still damage them like when Naruto went into 4 tails?

I saw Bee lose much skin while transforming but it came back when transforming back to human shape. I´m not sure about damage since he´s mastered it.
