If its the jinks vs shinobi alliance minus samurai, then it will probably be jinks since numbers don't really mean much to guys with massive attacks like bee, soon-enough-naruto, and probably gaara.
The only guys who can actually make a difference would be guys at dodai's level or above, everyone below becomes fodderized by TBBs/ sand tsunami.

Well I can only speak for Naruto's case, since we don't know that many ninja from the other nations, but I'll say yes. Everyone in konoha got destroyed by Pein and Naruto saved them, and now Naruto has had another power up so they wouldn't stand a chance. I'd say Bee would as well from what we've seen, and so would Gaara, but I can't speak for the other nations.

Even if they couldn't fully control their Jinchuuriki they would still win, that's only if they lose control like Naruto does when he get pushed to the edge, letting the tailed beast take over and finish of the fight.

they have to have enough control to use tbb at will and all charge up enough of chakra to wipe out the fodder
then the kage and high jonin-level ninja are left to fight them (most likely 5 nations)

I gotta say the Jinchurikis if they have full control of their beasts... Like you could see how much Naruto and Bee made of a difference in the war... Them+7 others (If they had full control) would beat the 5 nations IMO

It doesn't matter how strong you are. Even the strongest person can be overwhelmed by numbers. Even a beast like the 3rd Raikage died against 10,000 shinobi.

The Jinchuriki would not be able to stand against the 5 Nations.
