The Rokubi no Namekuji Jinchuuriki biography test will consist of a fight between you and Liliana.
However, there are special rules for the fight test.
Breaking any of the rules will result in automatic failure.

Your conductor be RP-ing as two characters, Pein and Konan, aiming to capture the Jinchuuriki. However, even while RPing as both characters, shes still allowed only three moves per turn. The bios she will be using for them are the same as a normal Kage level member using a Pein or Konan bio.
Custom Jutsu and Custom Elements are not allowed.
You do not need to defeat her to pass - however, doing so will gain extra marks.
The terrain is a rocky river creak in a woody terrain, which we are standing on top of a large rock and your standing on the bank of the river bed lookin up, outside of that area, from the south, North and west are steep mountain cliffs blocking the forest for 100 meters and the only open terrain is further down river east which leads to a great plain 50 meters away. You will be at Mid-Range.

The Six Paths of Pein and Konan form a triangular line across the bedrock, looking at you. From left to right, your left and right, the line consist on Naraka Path, Preta Path , Konan, Deva Path, Animal Path, Asura Path and Human Path.
The two paths on the right side, Asura and Human, quickly jump to your right, landing mid range from you, while Naraka does the exact same movement, only to the left.
As Asura is jumping, he pops 2 rocket launchers from his shoulders, and shoots both against you. At the same time, Konan uses:

Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
Pain's Giant Ram
Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant ram, which has the ability to charge and smash its target.
Which charges right way towards the Dome, and crashes down on you from the top of the Bed-Rock, crushing you and your clones as one of them starts to breath the Fire.
Asura, Human Path and Naraka path encircle you, now all assuming the place right behind you. As soon as the bull crashes down on you, Asura unfolds the serrated blade-like sash around it's waist, and uses the Chakra-Boost propellers he has on his boots to quickly charge at you, aimming to make as much damage as possible, slashing in every direction, as it assumes a Short Range distance from you, as opposing to everyone else's Mid range.
(There's a large rock protecting Preta Path, Konan, Deva Path and Animal Path. Even if you're still able to use the Exploding Flame Crater, the fire wouldn't pass through it)
As soon as my clones and me see that Animal Path summons a giant ram that comes down at us, the clone that was maintaining the dome, quickly releases it while I do

As soon as the bull would be stabbed, my clone that made the dome sees that Naraka moved and quickly performs mizu no tatsumaki with the water of the previously done spike, generating a barrier of spinning water covering both me and my other clone and the user. the barrier extend up to short range. And, here's the catch, as it is generated, catches your asura path as he was propulsing by surprise and pushes him into the wall of rock.

Read more carefully. I specifically said that Animal Path summons the Bull as soon as the Rockets collide with the Dome, which means your view is blocked and you're unable to see the Bull until he's so close you're hardly able to defend against him. Anyway, I'll go on with what you said.
Though, even though the Bull was probably stabbed by the Water Spike, the sheer mass of it's body would still fall down on you, and crush you. You didn't really specify where you stab the Bull, so I can't know if it's a fatal wound, and you didn't describe how you get it out of the way. That makes my move more difficult. I'll just assume as soon as the Water Spike hits the Bull, it poses no further threat nor consequence.
Moving on:
Asura Path, using both the Rinnegan Power to see Chakra and the shared Vision with all the Paths, manages to pick up the signs that indicate the usage of Water Chakra and that jutsu, giving an early warning. As soon as the jutsu is clear to him, when he's about to get hit by the Water Jutsu, his head opens up, revealing a cannon of sorts, immediately releasing a massive blast of chakra in the form of a laser, causing a powerful explosion that disperses the rotation and power of the Vortex of Water, and violently pushes it all against you and your clones.
While you're stunned by the Chakra Blast, he stops on his place and extends the previously mentioned Saw Blade, making it charge at you, to cut your head off. While Human Path sprints to you in great speeds, and does a somersault against you, and quickly extends his right leg out, preforming an axe kick on the top/back of your head, crushing you face first into the ground. (And when I say you, I mean the only one that didn't vanished after the Chakra Blast, if you somehow manage to block it without sacrificing your clones, I then the one hit is the one closest to Human Path)
If your clone is still able to initiate the Wind Jutsu, and keep a steady chakra emission to successfully preform it, Preta Path raises is hands, and quickly absorbs the Wind Tornado whole, leaving no traces of it whatsoever.

First of all, the missles would collide against one of the sides of the dome.More specifically, the right side of the dome.Meaning so, the smoke has to go all around the wide dome, I say this because it covers both me and my clones, in order to block my sight.But if that isnt enough for you, I believe that we would be fighting during the day and not the night.Therefore, your bull would cast a shadow above me thus making the insides of the smokescreen much darker than normal.Leading to the obvious assumption that there is something coming from above.It could be anything but the size would make me believe its a summon. The spike is technically a drill and i would not believe its a blunt impact.To begin with, its an A rank jutsu, more than enough to bring down a summoning and it is a spike of condensed water, any impact , anywhere would be painful enough to force a summon to reverse kuchiyose. Also, we can asume that your summon is heading either head first, leading to believe that my spike actually manages to pierce to his brain or its falling in a parallel way to the ground, meaning that the impact of the drill would be even on the chest or on the stomach. Thus I could have even stabbed him in the heart. So I'm very sure he would be quite death. Also, I don't know if you quire knew, but most summons upon a serious damage are reverse kuchyosed.
Now onto the problematics of your move:

And I highly doubt you can charge the chakra blast with the head close. Since you opened it when the water was "about to hit you", the attack would not be foiled, but your asura path would be sent flying, I'd say heads-first due to the strength of the mizu no tatsumaki, onto the rock and the attack would be performed. This leads us to believe that the rock would be destroyed and also, the footing of konan and the others, making them fall as countless rocks smash the asura path. Instead of wondering if the exploion would be abosrebed by the preta path, I'll simply assume you're just falling ontop of the remains of the rock.
The second problem is that the rinnegan can't see underground nor through smoke.It may be the ultimate doujutsu, but as shown in both the manga and the anime it can't see through obstacles.Therefore, you wouldn't be able to make any previous preparations,although you can't previously prepare the chakra shockwave, nor the other paths warn you about it.
As we are safe within the mizu no tatsumaki, I quickly decide to ecape underground using:

First of all, wrong, the missiles were launched when Asura Path was jumping, meaning the missiles hit you diagonally, not from the side. Given the size of the explosion each missile causes (As show on your video), not only the smoke but the explosion itself causes you to loose and your clones to loose sight of Animal Path.
Second, sure, we can be fighting during the day. The Default weather is Day Time and Cloudless Sky, since we didn't specify on that, we go like that. Now, about the shadow, yes, I agree that it would make you realize that something is falling on you, but why would you simply assume it's a summon? It could be a huge boulder falling onto you. Earth > Water, is the most obvious choice the usage of Water? Or did you simply assume I wasn't going to use Elemental Ninjutsu? As far as I'm concerned, I'm the only person who uses Pein with the cannon abilities only, and I do it on a whim.
Third, you're using Water Release. Any drill of water you use wouldn't ever match with an actual Drill, it is mostly just a concentrated blunt impact. Nonetheless, this Ram is a huge animal, and he has thicker skin, stronger muscles and harder bones. We've seen already how hard it is to damage these animals, not to mention killing them. Also I'd like to thank you for explaining me how the Summoning Jutsu works, seriously, I never knew. Mind telling you as well, that Pein's summons have never shown the ability to feel pain. If you're basing the Vanishing of the Ram on Pain alone, then it's not correct. The Bull was killed/dispersed by Gamahiro after quite a huge beating, not just one attack. Anything else, are just assumptions, as you clearly didn't specify anything.
The destructive and pushing power of your jutsu isn't enough to match the Chakra Boost in time to prevent the Chakra Blast. Even if we ignore the fact that the time spent gathering chakra as shown in the anime may most possibly come from an exaggeration for theatrical purposes. All the other chakra based abilities Pein displayed showed great mastery and speed, gathering chakra for a raw blast isn't something difficult to do with such mastery. Nonetheless, the time showed in the video is perfectly fine for what I described. Your water jutsu should be indeed dispersed.
Now, this is a problem with your own dissertation. Asura Path comes from behind you. If the Water Jutsu was successfull, it would push him backwards. It would never go anywhere near Konan and the other's place. Don't know where you go that.
I have Eyes all around you and above you. Which smoke are you referring to, that disables me from seeing you, but makes you perfectly capable of seeing my attacks?
Anyways, these are just my opinions. I'm not judging this fight, so I'll always follow your dissertations. I'll just go with whatever you said and will say. Let others judge the fight when it's over.

Pain's Giant Bird
Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant bird, which has the ability to fly through the air and ram its target.
As she's lift by the Bird into the sky, Naraka Path, Preta Path and Konan land on the ground bellow, with the rocks, near/over Asura Path. Roughly at the same time, Deva Path land a bit further away. The impact of the rocks on the ground sends vibrations through the ground that conceal the ones that we make by landing on the ground, thus you're only able to sense 3 things, by this order:
A huge crushing impact (Deva's Divine Punishement) in the place where you were before.
A person landing there (Human Path)
A quick succession of big impacts, where Asura hit the rock (Rocks Falling down, which conceal anything else)
First of all, wrong, the missiles were launched when Asura Path was jumping, meaning the missiles hit you diagonally, not from the side. Given the size of the explosion each missile causes (As show on your video), not only the smoke but the explosion itself causes you to loose and your clones to loose sight of Animal Path.
It wound not be completely diagonally it would be diagonally going more to the right side of the bubble, depending at which stage of the jump the missiles where shot. If it was at the very beginning it may have been completely diagonal. But also, it could have hit me in front of the bubble. There are millions of possibilities, but you can’t deny, at least in my opinion, that the missiles would hit my bubble more to the right.
Second, sure, we can be fighting during the day. The Default weather is Day Time and Cloudless Sky, since we didn't specify on that, we go like that. Now, about the shadow, yes, I agree that it would make you realize that something is falling on you, but why would you simply assume it's a summon? It could be a huge boulder falling onto you. Earth > Water, is the most obvious choice the usage of Water? Or did you simply assume I wasn't going to use Elemental Ninjutsu? As far as I'm concerned, I'm the only person who uses Pein with the cannon abilities only, and I do it on a whim.
Simple enough, the earth jutsus make a distinctive rumble when they are casted. Name a single earth jutsu that would not make a rumble that can be thrown at the opponent without causing the typical cracking or rock rumbling sound. If by any chance, you’re going to say rock golem, it does make a sound and you need to cast to either walk in my direction (thus making heavy, stomping sound) or simply do it above me and the rock sound as it comes out would be enough.
Third, you're using Water Release. Any drill of water you use wouldn't ever match with an actual Drill, it is mostly just a concentrated blunt impact. Nonetheless, this Ram is a huge animal, and he has thicker skin, stronger muscles and harder bones. We've seen already how hard it is to damage these animals, not to mention killing them. Also I'd like to thank you for explaining me how the Summoning Jutsu works, seriously, I never knew. Mind telling you as well, that Pein's summons have never shown the ability to feel pain. If you're basing the Vanishing of the Ram on Pain alone, then it's not correct. The Bull was killed/dispersed by Gamahiro after quite a huge beating, not just one attack. Anything else, are just assumptions, as you clearly didn't specify anything.
First of all the fact of being a giant may not actually mean your skin is either thicker or stronger, the density would go unchanged. But well is something too argumentable and hard to specify. But let’s move on. One this video:

Around minutes number 5-6 we can clearly hear the beast growling in pain, affected by the four pillar bind, A B-RANK JUTSU. Also, I reiterate, the impact whether it was blunt or sharp, would hit your summon with enough force in order to break bones or completely wind it out or even killing him (depending on how did it fell, ofc). The water spike does end in a tip, but meh it the same the impact would surely be enough to bring down you summon.
The destructive and pushing power of your jutsu isn't enough to match the Chakra Boost in time to prevent the Chakra Blast. Even if we ignore the fact that the time spent gathering chakra as shown in the anime may most possibly come from an exaggeration for theatrical purposes. All the other chakra based abilities Pein displayed showed great mastery and speed, gathering chakra for a raw blast isn't something difficult to do with such mastery. Nonetheless, the time showed in the video is perfectly fine for what I described. Your water jutsu should be indeed dispersed.
You’re not taking into account the way I used the water tornado. I did not FIRST MAKE IT and then expect it to push you away, I made it push you away as it is encircling us. So it would actually push your asura path as it is coming as it first encircle use. The objective of the wall was to add another force onto the asura path, a force of an a-rank suiton jutsu that would actually push him sideways as he went forwards, the result, him being pushed diagonally towards the rock. Onto the raw chakra blast, since it does not figure in the manga we’re pretty obliged to follow what the anime says. Given the power of the raw chakra blast and the fact you need to first open the head and then charge, this leads us to believe that there is a charge time for the raw chakra blast otherwise, it would be pretty unfair to be able to release the chakra shockwave in less the 1-2 seconds, taking in fact all of the raw power, chakra and compression you must do in your head before releasing it. Therefore I presume the time in the anime is quite precise. But that’s a terrain that mods/admins must discuss, but I’m pretty sure there’s no dramatic pause since we can actually see the asura’s path cloak move at quite a normal or fast speed. in the anime we say how did naruto and his clones stopped, but not in this part of the anime. So, the speed at which the chakra shockwave is launched is the ne shown in the anime, presumably.
Now, this is a problem with your own dissertation. Asura Path comes from behind you. If the Water Jutsu was successfull, it would push him backwards. It would never go anywhere near Konan and the other's place. Don't know where you go that.
Again, what I said, the jutsu was actually meant to hit you as it begun encircling us so, it was not made as barrier barrier, if not as a detour, for the lack of a better word xd.

Being I already in the undeground my attack, due to the speed of hiding like a mole tech, would not take long. So you would have summonned the dead naraka path, and the bubble weren't blocked but beig shinra tensei what it is, I say meh xd no more bubbles.If you require more information or justification of why the naraka path is dead feel free to vm me.

I epically emergre from beneath the ground with the raikiri in my hand as I see that deva path attempts to do a shinra tensei but fails to do so due to having to wait till using it again( you need to wait one turn to do it again minimum);with the raikiri in my hand, i quickly appear from beneath the ground and stab my raikiri from beneath deva path, going upwards causing more pein and killing him. As soon as i go up and strike deva path, using my water affinity, i manage to quickly send my chakra to the sky.
By this time, you would be summoning a dead deva path and since you attacked once you had summoned him, i have enough time to get ready for your attack and realize of your location due to the chakra sensing rain that will be coming down by this moment . As soon as i see eggs being dropped above me, i quickly make a row of handseals and do Gouenka creating 3 big fireballs, two of them go upwards, hitting the bombs and making them explode while another one goes towards the incoming paper Konan threw.
As soon as I deal with this I get myself into a floating bubble and keep my distance from your bird by floating away.

I epically emergre from beneath the ground with the raikiri in my hand as I see that deva path attempts to do a shinra tensei but fails to do so due to having to wait till using it again( you need to wait one turn to do it again minimum);with the raikiri in my hand, i quickly appear from beneath the ground and stab my raikiri from beneath deva path, going upwards causing more pein and killing him. As soon as i go up and strike deva path, using my water affinity, i manage to quickly send my chakra to the sky.
By this time, you would be summoning a dead deva path and since you attacked once you had summoned him, i have enough time to get ready for your attack and realize of your location due to the chakra sensing rain that will be coming down by this moment . As soon as i see eggs being dropped above me, i quickly make a row of handseals and do Gouenka creating 3 big fireballs, two of them go upwards, hitting the bombs and making them explode while another one goes towards the incoming paper Konan threw.
As soon as I deal with this I get myself into a floating bubble and keep my distance from your bird by floating away.

First of all, I'm standing on the place deva path was, long range from your bird. You were flying so high that the eggs would take a considerable time to reach me. Also, my fire jutsu that would actually set many of the bombs would create a chain reaction making the following waves of eggs explode much closer to you and you would actually have to wait a bit more of time to shoot a wave of eggs that would reach me, thus buying me the time to actually get away.
Onto the paper issue, I am still where deva path was, thus setting between Konan and me quite some space, perhaps we could be long range from each other since you specified that deva path landed a bit further away from where Human path which was my initial position.Taking into account that perhaps you shot the paper in a straight line, the fire would obviously burn some and the others would have to go around the fireball in order to catch me, thus making a sound that would give out your plan very quickly to me.Also, my moves took next to no time, specially the chakra sensing rain and the bubble part.

In your previous attacks, you created 3 Fireballs, all of which, no matter what you say, will convey onto eachother, for that's the whole point of the jutsu. There are other jutsus that create single fireballs, you can triple those jutsus to get the effect you want, but they will count as 3 jutsus.
Anyways, you spit 2 fireballs straight up. They're purpose was to detonate the incoming egg wave, for you were basing your attack in the premise that the eggs detonate with heat, not just impact. At the same time, or in a quick succession, you spit the last fireballs against Kunan, immediate source of paper, despite having stated that the papers fly all around you and will starts wrap around you from every direction. Again, you based your attack in the premise that the paper would just burn in a chain, basically vanishing all the papers altogether.
Preta Path, which was near Konan at that time, jumped up and sucked the fireballs. Well, since they were suppose to convey into one big fireball, he was supposed to suck all the fire in the field. You disagree, because you sent the fireballs in different directions. Very well. He sucks, then, only the fireball in front of him, Konan's one. Again, I disagree, again, I don't care.
Human Path was standing way from you, even more further from Konan. Neither the eggs nor the paper will threaten him, obviously. And none of your attacks puts him at danger.

As you stomp on the ground to make your ring of fire, Preta Path quickly releases all the chakra he had absorbed, equivalent to an A ranked Wind Jutsu and a B ranked Fire Jutsu, blasting it against you, as the following waves crush you, if you're unable to follow up.
Konan, flying, changes her location, encircling you clockwise, keeping her distance.
First of all,I decide the use I will have for my attacks. The attack is composed of three big fireballs being shot. We see sasuke doing this technique and sending all the fireballs to the same place in order to create a bigger explosion but that does not mean that I cannot send them towards different places. Do the fireballs have some sort of magnetism that makes them join just as they are about to collide into the opponent? I don’t think so. Also I don’t think that sasuke can control the directions this fireballs take, he simply throws them with different angles so as to collide at the same place.
Second, since the bombs have volatile substances in them, the effect the intense heat produces in them is an explosion. It is only logical to assume that once the first bombs start to explode, the following ones or the nearby ones will explode as well due to the heat the explosions are causing, making the substances in them explode.
Third, Konan has to throw the papers from her direction and for the papers to reach me, this have to go through: Human and Preta paths that are standing in between Konan and me AND the flame flower I threw. For the papers to reach me, as I previously said, they have to go around them in order not to hit them and this would buy me a lot of time, enough to do Jet flare which protects me from the papers that could eventually reach me .I also made a straight line with my jet flare so more papers would burn there. I then performed serial waves, killing the panda AND sending them towads Preta, picking up the fire (from jet flare) and burning the remaining papers. I really don’t see how the papers could reach me as it seems kind of impossible from my point of view.
Having the range it has, the absorption technique would only be able to absorb the fireball that was coming towards konan, if he were able to absorb everything in the field as you said( wich he can’t) he would be absorbing the papers konan threw and the bombs.
From my point of view, Human was in the middle of all the brawl as previously said, look at my sketch of the field to see what I mean, I may be wrong perhaps.

In my opinion, Human is dead but lets leave it as it is and let him flee to the forest. I can perfecytly know where he is due to my chakra sensing rain.
As good and imaginatively awesome your move with Preta path may seem, it is invalid since we haven’t seen him being able to send back all the chakra he absorbed. Don’t you think that he would have done it when he was fighting naruto? ; Sending him back an attack of a rasenshuriken or stop his transformation to a frog by simply sending the chakra he absorbed back to the opponent?
Reasons why you cannot perform the attack you wanted to do:
You said that you did Chakra Absorption Technique in order to absorb my attack and send it back towards me.
-First of all, Pein does not have that abbility, the only ones shown of habing taht abbility were Jirobo and Yoroi, as ive told you.This technique, apart from being completely different from the ont preta path has, was not shown during neither the anime nor the manga.
-Second, lets say taht as you say, you follow the rules of the guidelines wich you send me to read, wich are wrong, the technique does not work that way, you need to touch the opponent in the head in order to absorb its chakra, its does not say anything about absorbing chakra or attacks in the air, much less throwing them back at the opponent.
-Third. Look closely to the technique you tried to use, not mentioning you didnt performed the required tiger handseal and you werent touching my head, and you didnt post the jutsu.For the jutsu to work, you need to touching me which you are not doing.

Seeing another path is unable to perform an attack,( first was Asura as he attempted to shoot his chakra blast, then was Deva, which failed to do a shinra tensei) Preta path is attacked by an S rank technique wich was powered up by a fire technique wich is followed by a wind technique of the same rank in the form of an “X” . I would say that he is pretty much dead unless he somehow manages to absorb the attacks in the very little period of time given.
