Realistically Jinbei doesn't have feats despite being shown before Doflamingo. I don't want to say Doflaimngo wins with some difficulty and then Oda turns around and makes Jinbei beat Dogtooth out of nowhere in a one on one fight.

So I'm not certain as far as this arc goes.

Wasn't Jinbei's water already shown to counter Katakuri's fruit by making it soft? He already has an advantage with someone helping him I think he'd be able to get him(not Doffy, Katakur)

The water(black tea) stream can only go so far because you're not being on that high level if you're relying on your devil fruit that much, otherwise his brother Opera would destroy him.

Doffy literally outclassed jinbe in everything but maybe stamina (ace fighting feat for fightkn g 5 days straigjt)

It abilities vs abilities. Jinbei can control water that can counter katakuris logia but dofla can maybe win against jinbei but lose to katakuri. So what im trying to say here, is the abilities of jinbei can best dofla or not. For example usopp whos the weakest in the crew can defeat perona while luffy whos probably the strongest cannot

Luffy can defeat persona easily man. Unlike Zoro he's actually hit a female in the series.

And as for ability vs. ability, it's all in favor of Jinbei then because he uses the very same thing that devil fruit users are weak against. That's why i didn't want to jump into conclusions yet because he barely showed anything. He's a living tank and carries more power than most Warlords, granted Doflamingo is faster and has a lot of strength in his legs (his punches are weak) Jinbei is overall physical suppose to be strongest.

In terms of doflamingo's footstyle cqc and haki level, that's not the biggest concern because luffy can beat that without going G4, but in terms of Devil fruit power he's shown to utilize full control over his devil better than anyone in the series like Crocodile. And I don't think Jinbei can handle the level of versatility Doffy has with his strings.

I'd say Doffy, Jinbei got one-shotted by Mihawk, though he didn't really lose it says something. Doffy even survived his organs torn apart, Red-Hawk and after that came back to give G4 Luffy (SECOND FIGHT VS G4) a good run for his money.

You can't think like this because crocodile also punked out Jozu too when doflamingo blindsided him. Let's not forget that Jozu also decked aokiji too, so does that mean Doflamingo>Aokiji?
It was a free for all war where everybody was attacking strong opponents from behind. We later saw this to be true when Aokiji told Jozu that he's not paying attention while proceeding to freeze him over half of his body.

A clone does not equal base luffy w/o haki, because those fodders with a spear one-shot a string dopplerganger.

but having haki can do more a lot of damage putting aside the fishmen jujitsu. having these two combined can overpower the enemy

buso haki can be even/on par with a very skilled fisherman karate/jiujitsu, like jinbei you can increase the tiles of each. Haki is just overall more versatile if anything.
