Alright, since you're a genin, I need to start from the begining.

Tell me, what do you know about water? What about Water in the narutoverse?

What is it strong against? What is it weak against?

With what elements can you compliment water?

Well from what i have seen water can be strong against fire as it extinguishes it depending on rank and technique it would be weak against lightning techniques under most circumstances and as for earth its tough for me to say it could be strong against a certain technique and weak against others and as for air i think its good against certain air techs also and weak against others all depends on technique as for the combination techs i think lightning could be combined with it for added range and conductivity also could be used with earth to create a mudslide or used with sand or something similar for a quicksand effect and not sure about air and water combo's i think it would just hinder the technique water was a first choice for me because of its interesting usages and potential for custom elements and jutsus it is good for hindering and slowing and also with enough pressure it can cut with enough volume you can completely change a playing field and good for controlling the flow of a fight pardon the pun anything i missed

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

Alright, this is our last jutsu together.

Quite easy, go to that lake over there.

Now, place both of your hands in the water and constantly release chakra into it.Then, shape the water into a fine sword made purely out of water, that can cut and stab like any normal sword.

You can't stop releasing chakra, you need to constantly feed it chakra so it can keep it's balance.Do it again.

Im sorry sensei walks back to the like determined this time places my hands back into the water drawing the deep water to the surface and forming it again into a large chakra katana continuing to circulate my chakra letting it flow through the sword until its pulsing in my hand and i feel my chakra like a stream being chanelled through the blade

Hey sensei is it possibile i could combine this with my current katana to use the water as a shape change technique soem day

and i mean katana shape change sensei like that uchiha kid does with his chidori+katana combo
