Jin is a spectacled man with long black hair tied in a loose ponytail with two strands that frame his face. His attire consists of a simple blue kimono adornes with multiple symbols that are four squares in a diamond formation on the right pec, sleeves, and back of his kimono. Also, he wears a brown beaded braclet on his right wrist.
Personality:
Jin is calm and collected under the most dire of circumstances. However, his stoic demeanor can irritate his companions since he responds to their thoughts with sighs or grunts. By his own admission, Jin has spent most of his time focusing on improving his skills and almost no time at all on cultivating friends.
Jin also seems annoyed by those who use their martial arts skills to oppress people, especially those who proclaim that they are doing it in service of their lord. Jin will often remark that there is no honor in serving a cruel tyrant.

Background Info
History:
Jin was born in the village of Inaho. He was born into a family that was well known for making weapons for the ninja system that was set up by the village elder. Jin's dad was the best blacksmith in town. He would make weapons day in and day out, without stopping or taking a holiday. The pay was little but it was enough to support Jin and his mother.
It was day before Jin's 13th birthday and as usual Jin's mother and father planned on what to get him. The thought long and hard, until Jin's father came up with an idea. He told his mother how about I create him a sword. His mother disagreed due to her hatred for violence, but Jin's father persuaded her, allowing Jin to obtain the sword that was forged by his father.
On the day of Jin's birthday, Jin went out back to practice the way of the sword with his father. The two spent countless days improving Jin's sword fighting. Jin's father noticed something strange about Jin's when holding a sword. Jin would change his attitude and become something his father never seen before. He looked like a expert even though he ever held a sword in his life. It was like the gods had blessed him with this gift for sword play. Jin's father knew that if the village elders saw the ability of Jin they would use him and turn him into a mindless killing machine. Jin's father sent a aged 17 Jin to his grandmother house, in order to escape the village and become free. Over the four years Jin changed alot. His appearance changed his personality changed into a clam minded man, and he chose the path of a samurai.

On the way to his grandmothers house he met a fuzzy looking drinker called Mugen. Mugen was the complete opposite of Jin. He wore the clothes of a street dancer, and had the face of one too. Jin noticed his sword was nothing ordinary, but one that was forged by his father. Jin approached the man, and asked him where he found the sword, but before he received a answer, Mugen lashed out towards Jin. Jin noticed that this man had a weird fighting style, something that seemed to be freeform. Jin had trouble keeping up with it.

Slash after thrust after blood, the two fighter never stopped for a moment to catch their breath. They knew that this was a battle that was worth going all out for. Jin had the upper hand due to his composed stance, but after the Mugen drew out two swords, Jin fell back on the defense. The two swords came crashing down onto Jin's katana, like rain fell on ground. Slash after slash, Jin was drawn back on the defense, but after noticing the opponent had a lose holding on the hilt of one of the katana's, Jin knocked one of them out his hand, and went to end the duel. Jin was surprised of what he had seen, metal on shoes? What kind of person was he fighting here. Jin placed his sword back on his hip and bowed to Mugen in respect. They both knew that this battle would go on until the end of the world. Mugen grabbed a bottle of sake and began sipping on it, while Jin drank some water.

Mugen looked at jin and asked him where he was going, and Jin smiled and said he was going with the wind, but their conversation was broken due a young girl ran into the bar, and cried asking for help. Jin shot up and asked her what was wrong, she told him her mother had been kidnapped by a band of ninja's, called the shadow cats. That name Jin had heard that name before but where? Jin began to think back to when his father was telling him about his past life. He told Jin to never encounter anyone with a tattoo of a black cat on their cheek. Jin wondered why but his father never told him why. But today was the day Jin would find out !
Other
Jin has two katana's strapped to his waist. Each with a shiny blue hilt, with two crystals encrusted into it. The two swords were given to him by his father.
