I know that the Shukaku host gains powers over sand without hand seals.
We know the kyubbi gives the host healing
and the Jubbi grants the Rinnegan... what about the rest of them?

danger sense comes with KCM, the base form power-up as the Kyubbi's jin is healing... for proof pt1 Naruto vs Sasuke, Sasuke stabs Naruto in the shoulder but he recovers from the hit.

I think it's actually the ability to sense evil intentions. Not necessarily danger. The kyuubi doesn't give Naruto
the abilities to sense a boulder falling on top of him if he didn't already have that ability.

Anyways, the bijuu are mainly just for chakra sources and special kekkei genkai.
Like the 2 tails probably allows some blue flame release, 3 tails some water stuff,
4 tails get lava, 5 tails get steam, not sure what 6 tails has to offer (might be acid?), 7 tails
gives flight due to sprouting wings, and 8 tails gives ink.

Isobu's jinchūriki can materialise coral.
Son Gokū's jinchūriki can create and manipulate lava.
Kokuō's jinchūriki can use steam.
