Sure it won't but Doflamingo would likely be 2times slower when Jimbei will be 2times faster. Not to mention, he mentioned before that he was completely 'useless' on land, implying that he is much stronger underwater(and when you know how powerful he has been shown to be on land...)

That's assuming it can cover the entire underwater. Not to mention, i believe underwater Jimbe can defeat him long before the cages close in

I don't see how Jimbei beats him.Luffy needed a King Kong to do that though.And Doffy was half injured.100% Doffy would surely beat Jimbei.
